Yes, consultations are £20, which is non-refundable but fully redeemable towards your treatment.
For semi – permanent makeup appointments, we reserve a 3 – hour slot, so a £50 booking fee is required. This is also non – refundable but redeemable against your final treatment payment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email. We will be happy to rebook your session at a convenient time.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit or session being forfeited.
Each booking may only be rescheduled once. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
In the case of genuine medical emergencies, the clinic may, at its discretion, allow one exception (evidence may be requested).

We understand that genuine emergencies can arise.
In the event of a medical emergency, accident, or unforeseen crisis, the clinic may, at its sole discretion, allow the appointment to be rescheduled without loss of deposit.
Evidence (e.g., doctor’s note, hospital letter, etc.) may be requested to validate the emergency.
Work, childcare, transport issues, or other personal commitments are not considered emergencies.
This exception is offered on a one-time goodwill basis only. Any further short-notice cancellations will follow the standard cancellation policy.
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to make treatments more manageable.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all monthly instalments are paid on time, without reminder.
Missed or late payments will result in:
1. Immediate suspension of treatments until the account is brought up to date.
2. The entire remaining balance of the plan becoming due immediately.
3. The clinic reserving the right to involve a debt recovery agency/legal action, and the client will be liable for any recovery costs.

If the booking was part of a package, the session will be deducted from your plan.
